Article I Section 23 Pennsylvania Constitution

Article I Section 23 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Quartering of Troops. Article I is titled Declaration of Rights, it has a preamble and 29 sections.

Quartering of Troops

No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
