Article 7 of the Revised Penal Code is about When light felonies are punishable. It is under Chapter One (Felonies) of Title One (Felonies and Circumstances Which Affect Criminal Liability) of the Code.

Light felonies are punishable only when they have been consummated, with the exception of those committed against person or property.
