Article 279 Revised Penal Code

Article 279 of the Revised Penal Code is about Additional penalties for other offenses. It is under Chapter Two (Crimes Against Security) of Title Nine (Crimes Against Personal Liberty And Security) of the Code.

Additional penalties for other offenses

The imposition of the penalties prescribed in the preceding articles, shall not prevent the imposition upon the same person of the penalty provided for any other felonies defined and punished by this Code.
