Article 175 Revised Penal Code

Article 175 of the Revised Penal Code is about Using false certificates. It is under Chapter One (Forgeries) of Title Four (Crimes Against Public Interest) of the Code.

The penalty of arresto menor shall be imposed upon any one who shall knowingly use any of the false certificates mentioned in the next preceding article.
