Rule 28 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 28 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Dispensing with Rules. It provides as follows:

The Disciplinary Committee may dispense with any requirement of these Rules respecting notices, affidavits, documents, service, or time, in any matter where it appears to the Disciplinary Committee to be just to do so. Non-compliance with any ofthe provisions of these Rules shall not render any proceeding void, unless the committee so directs.
