Section 18 Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law

Section 18 of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of Lagos State 1997 is about Claims for arrears of rent and mesne profits. It provides as follows:

The amount claimed under any writ or plaint for arrears of rent and mesne profits
shall be treated as one claim.
