Section 52 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 52 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Where a mortgage relating to land is created by a company or registered partnership which has its registered office or an established place of business, the Registrar shall, if satisfied that such mortgage is registrable accept it for registration.
