1 Texas Administrative Code § 55.208 – Conduct of the Hearing

(a) An administrative law judge, including an administrative law judge of the State Office of Administrative Hearings, shall preside at the hearing on the petition.

(b) The petitioner is entitled to open and close at the hearing.
