1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.162 – Criminal Justice Facilities Contracts Contents

With respect to criminal justice facilities, pursuant to Texas Civil Statutes, Article 2370c-2, all contracts, with copies of each order and ordinance authorizing the same, between the city and county and the administrative agency, if any, created by the city and county under this Act, relating to matters mentioned in sections 2 through 4 of the Act, must be included in each securities transcript submitted thereunder.
