1 Texas Administrative Code § 34.82 – Modified Reporting Threshold

For purposes of section RSA 305.0063(d) of the Texas Government Code, expenditures shall include all expenditures reportable under section 305.006, including all expenditures that are required to be reported under subsections 305.006(b) and 305.006(c).
