5 U.S. Code § 3108

5 U.S. Code § 3108 is about Employment of detective agencies; restrictions. It is under Part 3 (Employees) Subpart B (Employment and Retention) Subchapter 1 (Employment Authorities) Chapter 31 (Authority For Employment) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

An individual employed by the Pinkerton Detective Agency, or similar organization, may not be employed by the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia.
