Rule 610 Federal Rules of Evidence

Rule 610 of the Federal Rules of Evidence is about Religious Beliefs or Opinions. It is under Article VI (Witnesses) of the Rules.

Evidence of a witness’s religious beliefs or opinions is not admissible to attack or support the witness’s credibility.
