Section 719 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Powers of a financial regulatory authority. It is under Chapter 28 (Netting) of the Act.

A financial regulatory authority may, in relation to the relevant sector it regulates, by notice issued under this section, designate as “qualified financial contracts” any agreement, contract or transaction, or type of agreement, contract or transaction, in addition to those listed in this section.
