Section 638 CAMA 2020

Section 638 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Fixing of liquidators’ remuneration. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

The Committee of Inspection, or if there is no such committee, the creditors, may fix the remuneration to be paid to the liquidator or liquidators.
