7 U.S. Code § 2443

7 U.S. Code § 2443 is about Initial appeal. It is under Part F (Examinations; Response Time; Initial Appeals) of Subchapter II (Protectability Of Plant Varieties And Certificates Of Protection) of Chapter 57 (Plant Variety Protection) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

When an application for plant variety protection has been refused by the Plant Variety Protection Office, the applicant may appeal to the Secretary. The Secretary shall seek the advice of the Plant Variety Protection Board on all appeals, before deciding the appeal.
