7 U.S. Code § 2006 is about Waiver of mediation rights by borrowers. It is under Subchapter IV (Administrative Provisions) of Chapter 50 (Agricultural Credit) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

The Secretary may not make, insure, or guarantee any farmer program loan to a farm borrower on the condition that the borrower waive any right under the mediation program of any State.
