7 U.S. Code § 1638d

7 U.S. Code § 1638d is about Applicability. It is under Subchapter IV (Country Of Origin Labeling) of Chapter 38 (Distribution And Marketing Of Agricultural Products) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

This subchapter shall apply to the retail sale of a covered commodity beginning September 30, 2008, except for “farm-raised fish” and “wild fish” which shall be September 30, 2004.
