7 U.S. Code § 1393 is about Allotment of appropriations. It is under Subpart ii (appropriations and administrative expenses) of Part F (Miscellaneous Provisions and Appropriations) of Subchapter II (Loans, Parity Payments, Consumer Safeguards, Marketing Quotas, And Marketing Certificates) of Chapter 35 (Agricultural Adjustment Act Of 1938) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

All funds for carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be available for allotment to bureaus and offices of the Department, and for transfer to such other agencies of the Federal Government, and to such State agencies, as the Secretary may request to cooperate or assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
