7 U.S. Code § 1386

7 U.S. Code § 1386 is about Exemption from laws prohibiting interest of Members of Congress in contracts. It is under Subpart i (miscellaneous) of Part F (Miscellaneous Provisions and Appropriations) of Subchapter II (Loans, Parity Payments, Consumer Safeguards, Marketing Quotas, And Marketing Certificates) of Chapter 35 (Agricultural Adjustment Act Of 1938) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

The provisions of section 6306 of title 41 and sections 431 and 432 of title 18 shall not be applicable to loans or payments made under this chapter (except under section 1383(a) of this title).
