7 U.S. Code § 1329a

7 U.S. Code § 1329a is about Discontinuance of acreage allotments on corn. It is under Subpart ii (corn) of Part B (Marketing Quotas) of Subchapter II (Loans, Parity Payments, Consumer Safeguards, Marketing Quotas, And Marketing Certificates) of Chapter 35 (Agricultural Adjustment Act Of 1938) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, acreage allotments and a commercial corn-producing area shall not be established for the 1959 and subsequent crops of corn.
