6 U.S. Code § 970

6 U.S. Code § 970 is about Noncontainerized cargo. It is under Part B (Customs–Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) of Subchapter II (Security Of The International Supply Chain) of Chapter 3 (Security And Accountability For Every Port) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

The Secretary, acting through the Commissioner, shall consider the potential for participation in C–TPAT by importers of noncontainerized cargoes that otherwise meet the requirements under this part.
