6 U.S. Code § 754

6 U.S. Code § 754 is about Use of existing resources. It is under Part A (National Preparedness System) of Subchapter II (Comprehensive Preparedness System) of Chapter 2 (National Emergency Management) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

In establishing the national preparedness goal and national preparedness system, the Administrator shall use existing preparedness documents, planning tools, and guidelines to the extent practicable and consistent with this Act.
