6 U.S. Code § 723

6 U.S. Code § 723 is about Metropolitan Medical Response Grant Program. It is under Part B (Emergency Management Capabilities) of Subchapter I (Personnel Provisions) of Chapter 2 (National Emergency Management) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

(a) In general
There is a Metropolitan Medical Response Program.


(b) Purposes
The program shall include each purpose of the program as it existed on June 1, 2006.


(c) Authorization of appropriations
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the program for fiscal year 2008, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for the program for fiscal year 2007 and an additional $30,000,000.
