6 U.S. Code § 722

6 U.S. Code § 722 is about Urban Search and Rescue Response System. It is under Part B (Emergency Management Capabilities) of Subchapter I (Personnel Provisions) of Chapter 2 (National Emergency Management) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

(a) In general
There is in the Agency a system known as the Urban Search and Rescue Response System.


(b) Authorization of appropriations
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the system for fiscal year 2008, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for the system for fiscal year 2007 and an additional $20,000,000.
