6 U.S. Code § 460

6 U.S. Code § 460 is about Prohibition of the Terrorism Information and Prevention System. It is under Part H (Miscellaneous Provisions) of Subchapter VIII (Coordination With Non-federal Entities; Inspector General; United States Secret Service; Coast Guard; General Provisions) of Chapter 1 (Homeland Security Organization) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

Any and all activities of the Federal Government to implement the proposed component program of the Citizen Corps known as Operation TIPS (Terrorism Information and Prevention System) are hereby prohibited.
