5 U.S. Code § 6340

5 U.S. Code § 6340 is about Inapplicability of certain provisions. It is under Subchapter III (Voluntary Transfers Of Leave) of Chapter 63 (Leave) of Subpart E (Attendance and Leave) of Part III (Employees) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

Except to the extent that the Office of Personnel Management may prescribe regulations, nothing in section 7351 shall apply with respect to a solicitation, donation, or acceptance of leave under this subchapter.
