5 U.S. Code § 577

5 U.S. Code § 577 is about Arbitrators. It is under Part 1 (Administrative Procedure) Subchapter 4 (Alternative Means Of Dispute Resolution In The Administrative Process) Chapter 5 (Administrative Procedure) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

(a) The parties to an arbitration proceeding shall be entitled to participate in the selection of the arbitrator.


(b) The arbitrator shall be a neutral who meets the criteria of section 573 of this title.
