3 U.S. Code § 456: Confidentiality

3 U.S. Code § 456

3 U.S. Code § 456 is about Confidentiality. It is under Subchapter 3 (Administrative And Judicial Dispute Resolution Procedures) of Chapter 5 (Extension Of Certain Rights And Protections To Presidential Offices) of Title 3 (The President) of the Code.

(a) Counseling.—All counseling under section 452 shall be strictly confidential, except that, with the consent of the covered employee, the employing office may be notified.

(b) Mediation.—All mediation under section 452 shall be strictly confidential.
