2 U.S. Code § 22

2 U.S. Code § 22 is about Oath of President of Senate. It is under Chapter 2 (Organization of Congress) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

When a President of the Senate has not taken the oath of office, it shall be administered to him by any Member of the Senate.
