2 U.S. Code § 2011 is about 2 U.S. Code § 2011: Assignment of unoccupied space. It is under Subchapter I (House of Representatives) of Chapter 30 (Operation and Maintenance of Capitol Complex) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

Unoccupied space in said building shall be assigned by the Architect of the Capitol under the direction of the commission and subject to the control of the House of Representatives.
