2 U.S. Code § 1b is about Countersignature of certificate of election. It is under Chapter 1 (Election of Senators and Representatives) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

The certificate mentioned in section 1a of this title shall be countersigned by the secretary of state of the State.
