Section 29A Indian Penal Code

Section 29A of the Indian Penal Code 1860 is about ”Electronic record”. It is under CHAPTER II (GENERAL EXPLANATIONS) of the Code.

”Electronic record”

The words “electronic record” shall have the meaning assigned to them in clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000).
