Section 18 Indian Partnership Act

Section 18 of the Indian Partnership Act 1932 is about Partner to be agent of the firm. It is under CHAPTER IV (RELATION OF PARTNERS TO THIRD PARTIES) of the Act.

Partner to be agent of the firm

Subject to the provisions of this Act, a partner is the agent of the firm for the purposes of the business of the firm.
