Section 56 Indian Evidence Act 1872
Section 56 of the Indian Evidence Act 1872 is about ‘Fact judicially noticeable need not be proved’. It is under Chapter III of the Act. Chapter III is titled ‘FACTS WHICH NEED NOT BE PROVED‘.
