Rule 25 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 25 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Costs. It provides as follows:

The Disciplinary Committee may order against a party costs of the proceedings having regard to his conduct and to all the circumstances of the Originating Application as the Disciplinary Committee may think fit.
