Section 53 Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025

Section 53 of the Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025 is about Endorsement. It provides as follows:

Anything done or required to be done by the Board under its powers or functions under this Act may be endorsed under the hand of the Chairman, Executive Secretary or of an officer who has been duly authorised by the Board for the purpose of this section.
