Section 3 Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025

Section 3 of the Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025 is about Establishment of the Joint Revenue Board. It provides as follows:

(1) There is established the Joint Revenue Board (in this Act referred to as “the Board”).

(2) The Board –
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal ;

(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name ; and

(c) may acquire, hold or dispose of its property.

(3) The Board shall have its head office in the Federal Capital Territory.
