Section 14 Recovery of Premises Act 1945

Section 14 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Tenant’s title to compensation. It provides as follows:

Where a tenant executes on his holding any improvements he shall be entitled, subject to the provisions of Section 15 of this Act, at the termination of the tenancy, on quitting his holding, to receive compensation from his landlord in respect of any such improvement which continues unexhausted.
