Section 11 Patents and Designs Act 1971

Section 11 of the Patents and Designs Act 1971 is about Compulsory licences and official use. It is under ‘Patents’ of the Act. It provides as follows:

The provisions of the First Schedule to this Act shall have effect in relation to compulsory licences and the use of patents for the service of government agencies.
