Section 55 Trade Marks Act 1967

Section 55 of the Trade Marks Act 1967 is about Powers of court on appeal. It is under ‘Legal proceedings and appeals’ of the Act. It provides as follows:

In any appeal from a decision of the Registrar to the court under this Act, the court
shall have and exercise the same discretionary powers as under this Act are conferred upon the Registrar.
