Section 28 Trade Marks Act 1967

Section 28 of the Trade Marks Act 1967 is about Effect of association of trade marks. It is under ‘Assignment and transmission’ of the Act. It provides as follows:

Trade marks that are registered as, or are deemed by virtue of this Act to be, associated trade marks, shall be assignable and transmissible only as a whole, and not separately, but shall for all other purposes be deemed to have been registered as separate trade marks.
