Section 381 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 381 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Proceedings of the Committee. It provides as follows:

(1) The Committee may make standing orders regulating its
proceedings.

(2) The meetings and proceedings of the Committee shall be in such
manner as set in this Law.

(3) The validity of proceedings of the Committee shall not be affected by a
vacancy in the membership of the Committee or a defect in the
appointment of a member of the Committee.
