Section 336 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Detention of person concerned. It provides as follows:

Where a recommendation for deportation has been made in respect of a person to whom section 331, 332 or 333 relate, such person may be detained in custody pending the decision of the Minister of Internal Affairs and during such time shall be deemed to be in lawful custody.
