Section 335 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Procedure on recommendation of deportation under section 331, 332 or 333. It provides as follows:

Where the Court decides to recommend to the Minister of Internal Affairs the deportation of any person under section 331, 332 or 333, the Court shall forward to the Minister of Internal Affairs the recommendation together with a report setting out the reasons why the Court considers it necessary to make the recommendation and a certified true copy of any proceedings relating to it.
