Section 262 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 262 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Trials according to practice of High Court of Justice where no rules exist. It provides as follows:

Where a matter arises in respect of which no adequate provisions are made in this Law, a Court shall adopt such procedure as will in its view do substantial justice between the parties concerned.
