7 U.S. Code § 2008k is about Making and servicing of loans by personnel of State, county, or area committees. It is under Subchapter IV (Administrative Provisions) of Chapter 50 (Agricultural Credit) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

The Secretary shall use personnel of a State, county or area committee established under section 590h(b)(5) of title 16 to make and service loans under this chapter to the extent the personnel have been trained to do so.
