Section 192 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Expenses of witnesses for the defendant. It provides as follows:

The Court may in its discretion, at the request of any person who appears before such Court on summons, recognisance or by virtue of a warrant to give evidence on behalf of a defendant order payment by the State in accordance with the provisions of any Rules of Court to such witness of such sum of money as the Court deems reasonable and sufficient to compensate him for the expenses, trouble, and loss of time which he incurred or sustained in appearing before the Court.
