Section 99 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Variation between charge, summons or warrants. It provides as follows:

No variation between the allegation contained in the summons or warrant and the offence alleged in the charge, or between any of them and the evidence adduced on the part of the prosecution, shall affect the validity of any proceedings at or subsequent to the trial.
