Section 106 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 106 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Search warrants to be signed by Magistrate. It provides as follows:

(1) Every search warrant shall be signed by the Magistrate issuing same.

(2) Every such warrant shall remain in force until it is executed or until it is cancelled by the Court.
