Section 96 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Application of sections 21 to 30 to such warrant. It provides as follows:

Where a warrant of arrest is issued in consequence of a complaint on oath as aforesaid, the provisions of sections 21 to 30 shall apply to such warrant.
